Central Ohio Whiskey Society has been very fortunate to do many different barrel picks. What has been even more impressive is the overwhelming critical acclaim each barrel pick has achieved – each being considered to be the best barrel pick of each product that they have tried. This is achieved with the different knowledgeable and dedicated members that go on the picks to give different perspective and with the guidance from Eric Smith, the founder of the COWS. This combination has resulted in spectacular results.
